Situated on the first floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment provides all the comfort you need for a perfect family or couples’ getaway. The 90 m² apartment features a spacious living-dining area, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), and 2 full bathrooms with both bathtub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all necessary utensils for preparing meals. A highlight is the large covered balcony: fully furnished, it overlooks the inner courtyard and is ideal for breakfast or relaxing outdoors. The complex offers a communal pool (not heated), shared garden with outdoor furniture, outdoor showers, playground, and tennis court.
